Years in practice:
20
Best known for:
I work hard on a daily basis to perpetuate a reputation as a business-minded, practical, reasonable and trusted counselor, who is “solutions-oriented” and calm under pressure — sometimes easier said than done.
Why I chose my practice area:
Commercial real estate is all about where people come together to innovate, learn, and connect and that, to me, is a meaningful and rewarding pursuit. I have enjoyed being a part of creating the communities in which we live and work.
Most memorable case:
Some of the most exciting work I am doing at the moment involves industrial leasing. Mintz represents a client engaged in transforming the American supply chain through automated warehouse distribution systems controlled by AI-supported robots. It has been an opportunity to witness the future of warehouse operations and the real estate assets involved are exceptionally large at over a million square feet per location on average.
What makes me a leader in my field:
Leadership for me is about being able to listen, mentor, foster collaboration and curiosity, and inspire others. I have been fortunate to learn from some of the very best in these areas over many years and many inspiring examples of great practitioners.
Outlook for 2026:
I think AI is going to drive efficiency in many areas of our practice in the coming year.
Bar involvement/leadership roles:
BBA, chair of Leasing Committee, 2015-2017; NAIOP
