James J. Casiello Jr. has joined Boston law firm Goulston & Storrs’ private client and trust group as a lateral hire.
Rachel Marmor has joined the data strategy, security and privacy team at Holland & Knight. She is a partner in the Boston office. Marmor previously was a partner at Davis, Wright, Tremaine.
Robert A. Bertsche and Katherine A. Surprenant have joined Klaris Law, a boutique that focuses on media, intellectual property, entertainment and technology. Bertsche will practice in Boston and Surprenant in New York City. Both are formerly of Prince, Lobel, Tye in Boston.
