Setting the stage for the next 50 years

The Roxbury Defenders Unit of the Committee for Public Counsel Services celebrated its 50th anniversary on Oct. 13 at the Roxbury branch of the Boston Public Library. Those formerly in charge of the office were presented with symbolic batons to represent handing over the reins of the Roxbury Defenders from one generation to the next.
