Seth Stratton is due to leave his position as vice president and legal counsel of MGM Resorts’ Northeast Group this month to rejoin Fitzgerald Attorneys at Law in Springfield as managing shareholder.

The following attorneys have joined Hinckley Allen’s litigation group: Rebecca F. Briggs, counsel (she rejoins the firm after working in-house at a large health care company); Elizabeth R. Farrenkopf, associate; and Rita E. Nerney, associate. The firm has offices in Providence and Boston.

Phillipa “Pippa” Gage Lilienthal has joined the labor and employment and education practice groups at Schwartz Hannum in Andover. Prior to joining the firm, she was counsel at WilmerHale in Boston.

The following have joined Cohn & Dussi, which has its principal office in Boston: William J. Delaney as counsel; Sara Wilbraham as an associate, and Vaughn Abraham as chief financial officer/chief operating officer.

Richard Goldstein has joined Summit Health Law Partners as litigation partner and Robert L. Peabody has joined as of counsel. Summit Health Law has offices in Boston and Providence.

Leah A. Rochwarg, who focuses on construction law and litigation, has joined Bowditch & Dewey as a partner, working primarily in the Boston office.

Timothy Benjamin has joined Sugarman Rogers in Boston as an associate. He represents businesses and individuals in insurance and business litigation matters.
