Walton also handles complex commercial civil litigation matters for public and private clients.

He also obtained dismissal of a wrongful death suit filed against a client arising from a bridge project and obtained a trial victory on behalf of an architect in a multimillion-dollar suit filed by a project owner.
Meanwhile, he obtained dismissal, on res judicata grounds, of a multimillion-dollar suit filed against his client by a project contractor and successfully affirmed dismissal in the Appeals Court.
