A shareholder and management committee member at KP Law in Boston, David C. Jenkins has represented public sector clients on employment matters for decades, building an unmatched reputation for levelheaded, zealous advocacy.

Jenkins currently serves as labor counsel to numerous municipal clients for collective bargaining, individual employment contracts and employee benefits, as well as grievance and arbitration and disciplinary hearings before state and federal agencies.
