The Hampden County Bar Association held its annual meeting, vendor show and dinner on Aug. 12 at the Springfield Sheraton Hotel. Among the highlights: Joseph M. Pacella was sworn in as president of the association for the 2021-2022 year by District Court Judge Philip A. Contant, and Tahirah Amatul-Wadud was presented the Massachusetts Bar Association Community Service Award. Fifty-year members of the bar were also recognized during the program.
