Comments

1) Avoid this judge if possible. If not, be sure to make your appellate record, you’ll need it.
While I was waiting for one of the hearings in my matter, I heard her take a plea in a criminal matter. She was disproportionately harsh and showed no understanding for the consequences of her actions.

2) This judge is terrible. She repeatedly made errors that a first year law student should not make. In my case, the Appeals Court reversed her three times and she still didn’t get it.

3) Be prepared and respectful to the Court

4) Judge Page lets people know who is in charge of the courtroom. She is also adept at taking a common sense approach as to how to handle cases. She is practical and real, and takes her responsibility seriously.
