1) Get a continuance and take your case before another judge.

2) Constantly demonstrates lack of understanding of substantive legal issues, is easily persuaded by irrelevant or immaterial arguments.

3) Judge Lowy has tremendous respect for the judicial process, and he is able to share that respect with the jury and the parties.

4) He is a judge who will know your case better than you do at trial. He really cares about his role in the process. Intelligent and practical.
